Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a Regional Trainer to cover London and the South region. This field-based role requires regular travel, 3–4 days in-store per week, occasional overnight stays, and some weekend work to support store performance.
You will manage the full learning cycle, identify needs, deliver sessions both in person and online, coach teams, evaluate impact, and create bite-sized digital learning resources.
