Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on the product that is the perfect match.
- Turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach personal goals and the store’s goals.
- Ensure a ‘best in class’ customer experience by following store operational and safety procedures.
- Keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
