As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to help the store meet personal and store goals.
- Interact with customers daily and deliver a best in class customer experience.
- Follow store operational and safety procedures and keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
Note: full availability across the week is desirable for this role.
