You’ll be a true brand ambassador, combining product mastery with outstanding customer service to inspire guests and drive sales, while mentoring junior colleagues.
Working alongside the Store Manager and Advisors, you’ll set the tone for luxury service, train team members on rituals, skincare and fragrance stories, and ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and encouraged to return.
