We are looking for a Fine Food Specialist to join our team at Ritter Courivaud Ltd. This individual will have a passion for Fine Food, notably around Fresh Truffles, Wild Mushrooms and Caviar and above all a thorough knowledge of the Fine Dining Sector in the UK.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overall responsibility for the P&L of the Fine Food category
  • Product demonstrations both internal and external
  • Development of commercial proposal for the Fine Food Category
  • Provide training to the Ritter Courivaud Ltd Sales team advising on seasonality, availability and quality
  • Ambassador for Fine Food within the wider business
  • Identify growth areas for the Fine Food offering within the Hotel and restaurant sector
  • Participate in and organise regular tasting of current and new products
  • To broaden the offering within the category by NPD
  • Responsible for global sourcing and travel may be required
