We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will have a passion for Fine Food and knowledge of the Fine Dining Sector in the UK.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing designated territory, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth.
  • Expanding as well as looking after the existing customer base while maintaining customer pricing and promoting new products.

Ideally from a chef or food service background, you should be self-motivated, hardworking, show great initiative and can build long-standing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have / be:
  • Organisational abilities to manage territory effectively.
  • Proven sales experience in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective time management to maximise productivity during field visits.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Basic IT skills for reporting and communication purposes.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.
