We are looking for a Fine Food Specialist to join our team at Ritter Courivaud Ltd. This individual will have a passion for Fine Food, notably around Fresh Truffles, Wild Mushrooms and Caviar and above all a thorough knowledge of the Fine Dining Sector in the UK.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Overall responsibility for the P&L of the Fine Food category
- Product demonstrations both internal and external
- Development of commercial proposal for the Fine Food Category
- Provide training to the Ritter Courivaud Ltd Sales team advising on seasonality, availability and quality.
- Ambassador for Fine Food within the wider business
- Identify growth areas for the Fine Food offering within the Hotel and restaurant sector
- Participate in and organise regular tasting of current and new products.
- To broaden the offering within the category by NPD
- Responsible for global sourcing and travel may be required
The successful candidate will have / be:
