KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Suppliers’ relationship:
• Negotiate best Commercial terms and prices (fully integrated – supplier & transport)
• Market and Trend analysis
• Build long term relationships with suppliers
• Data and Reporting
• Good knowledge of the food distribution sector – Ambient / Fresh / Frozen goods.
• Strong Organisational and Planning skills.
• Ability to focus and prioritise tasks.
• Good Communicator – both internal and external Stakeholders
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Education or experience inProcurement or Supply Chain is an advantage
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Some knowledge of Supplier Approval Procedures would be advantageous.
