We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will have a passion for Fine Food and knowledge of the Fine Dining Sector in the UK.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Primarily be responsible for managing designated territory, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth.
  • Reporting to your local Head of Sales, you will be responsible for expanding as well as looking after the existing customer base while maintaining customer pricing and promoting new products.

Ideally from a chef or food service background you should be self-motivated, hardworking, show great initiative and can build long-standing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have / be:
  • Organisational abilities to manage territory effectively
  • Proven sales experience in a field-based role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective time management to maximise productivity during field visits
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Basic IT skills for reporting and communication purposes
  • Prior experience in customer service roles would be advantageous
