This is a full-time position, working hours a week:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 07:00–15:00
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 15:00–23:00
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 23:00–07:00
Salary: Starting rate of £ an hour plus bonus with 25% shift premium (2nd shift) and 33% shift premium (3rd shift).

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Quality Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that all manufactured products meet the highest quality standards, supporting both internal processes and customer expectations. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll be involved in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement activities that directly impact product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Raise and manage non-conformances, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Support root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
- Assist with ISIR and CPK analysis to verify product capability.
- Contribute to the investigation of customer complaints related to quality issues.
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HNC (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with quality standards (ISO / EN).
- Knowledge of measurement systems and capability analysis (CPK / ISIR).
- Quality auditing qualification (ISO 9001:2015 is desirable).
- Experience using measurement equipment such as CMM would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
