As the Senior Content Marketing Manager, EMEA, you are responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, demand generation, and sales engagement across the region. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success, you translate market insights, buyer needs, and business priorities into compelling content that strengthens Rithum's market presence and supports revenue growth. Positioned close to the EMEA sales organization, you leverage direct customer and market insights to create content that influences buying decisions, strengthens positioning, and supports the entire buyer journey. Success in this role requires exceptional writing and editorial skills, strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to leverage AI‑enabled tools and emerging search technologies to maximize content performance, discoverability, and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned to business objectives, product launches, demand generation priorities, and regional growth goals across EMEA.
- Create content frameworks that support awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, customer expansion, and thought leadership objectives.
- Identify emerging industry trends, buyer challenges, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform content priorities and messaging.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Brand teams to ensure content supports broader go‑to‑market strategies and corporate narratives.
- Contribute to the development of executive thought leadership, industry perspectives, and strategic narratives that strengthen Rithum’s market position.
- Plan, create, edit, and publish content across a variety of formats, including thought leadership articles, blogs, research reports, case studies, webinars, video scripts, sales enablement materials, email campaigns, and website content.
- Serve as a hands‑on writer and editor, maintaining high standards for quality, clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
- Translate complex industry topics, product capabilities, and customer success stories into compelling and accessible content.
- Develop content that supports both regional priorities and broader company initiatives.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts, customers, and industry stakeholders to create credible, differentiated content.
