About The Role:
- Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best in class workmanship.
- Work with your assigned helper in installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
- Setup jobsites per Rite Window guidelines.
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Ensure a clean job site after the installation is completed.
- Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
- Complete all post install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience
- 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
- Must be lead safe certified
- OSHA 10 - Preferred
- OSHA 30 - Preferred
- DOT Health Card
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
- Must provide own hand tools
- Lift up to 75LB
