About The Role
- Assist the Lead Installer in installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
- Help set up job sites per the Lead Installer's guidelines.
- Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean job site after the installation is completed.
- Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorise final payments.
- Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
- Install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.
What You’ll Bring
- Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience.
- 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
- Must provide own hand tools.
- DOT Health Card.
- OSHA 10 – Preferred.
- OSHA 30 - Preferred.
- Lift up to 75LB.
