They are seeking a blue collar recruiter to join an established team
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and business development. You\βll be generating your own clients and attending site visits within the key accounts they manage.
Your day to day will involve, daily drop offs, on site visits, client management, qualifying and registering temps and mixing with the team
The successful candidate can expect a supportive mentor and excellent induction and training. With clear career progression and triggers for development, you\βll have the chance to build your own desk within this lucrative construction recruitment market.
