Our client is an independent agency providing trades and labour construction recruitment solutions across the whole of the UK. Ran by two hands-on Billing Directors, they have an excellent client base and are highly recommended as a blue collar agency solution.
They are seeking a blue collar recruiter to join an established team in Solihull. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and business development. You'll be generating your own clients and attending site visits within the key accounts they manage.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Daily drop offs
- On site visits
- Client management
- Qualifying and registering temps
- Mixing with the team
