We are looking to hire a Recruiter to support the ongoing growth of a temps desk, specifically a 360 Recruiter to run a Logistics desk. We need someone who has experience in this recruitment industry and enjoys sales, talking to new and existing businesses to support all their recruitment solutions while providing 100% customer service.
About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to making placements and filling temp bookings. You will work closely with clients and candidates, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. You will also play a key role in driving business development and achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of Logistics roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting interviews and assessments
- Negotiating offers and managing placements and all temp business
