We\’re an established recruitment agency specialising in the construction sector, and we\’re looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in Epping. You\’ll focus on resourcing top talent for a loyal client base — no cold calling, just quality recruitment.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing skilled candidates across a range of construction roles (white collar and/or blue collar)
- Managing the candidate journey from initial contact to placement
- Advertising roles, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
- Building talent pipelines and staying ahead of hiring trends
- Supporting Account Managers and Consultants with fast, accurate candidate delivery
What We\’re Looking For:
- Recruitment experience (ideally in construction or technical sectors)
