Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing business across the White Collar Construction market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business and winning new clients
- Building and managing your own client base
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing suitable candidates
- Managing permanent and/or temporary vacancies from start to finish
- Negotiating rates, terms and fees
- Building strong, long-term client and candidate relationships

The Person
Previous construction recruitment experience is essential for this position.
You will ideally be:
- An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant from the construction sector

- Motivated and able to work independently
- Entrepreneurial and keen to take ownership of your market
