Rite of Passage, Inc. is seeking a Youth Mentor for Woodford Group Home in Mishawaka, Indiana. You will provide safety and around-the-clock in-person supervision of male youth at a secure residential facility, and support their transition back to the community.
You will perform personal health support, counseling, and skill development, collaborating with staff to meet each youth's treatment plan and aiding educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
