Rite Directions is an established and progressive company that has been providing care and accommodation to children and young people since 2008. We care for children and young people with ages ranging from 8-18 and specialise in working with vulnerable children and young people with a range of behavioural, complex needs in a child- centred therapeutic approach to care. We have a record with our local authority partners for achieving regular good outcomes for those that we care for and support them to make real positive achievements. We are looking to recruit an experienced registered manager to lead our home for children with learning disabilities to a high standard with positive Ofsted Ratings, someone who shares ourethos, is passionate, innovative, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the children and young people in our care have an experience of childhood they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.
