The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) integrated management systems across all Ritchie UK sites. The role ensures full compliance with BSI ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards and supports certification, surveillance, and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with recognised Authorised Bodies. This position plays a critical role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring product and process quality, meeting customer and regulatory requirements, and driving continual improvement across the business.
