The Role
To carry out the delivery of manufactured goods, mainly livestock and agricultural bale handling machinery on step framed flat trailers throughout the UK and Ireland. The role will include local work as and when required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence, be a current Driver CPC holder, and hold a current digital tachograph card.
- Good geographic knowledge of the UK.
- At least 1 year’s current driving experience with HGVs, preferably with multi-drop delivery experience.
- Previous experience working with flat trailers and securing loads would be advantageous.
- Due to the nature of the role which requires dealing with heavy goods, candidates should be physically active.
- Self-motivated, able to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers alike whilst working to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
- FLT licence would be desirable.
Hours of work: Basic 40 hour week with regular overtime.
