The Senior Valuation Analyst is a senior individual contributor within Commercial Operations responsible for assigning contract value through accurate, consistent, and market-informed asset pricing. This role’s sole focus is valuation: pricing assets in support of commercial deals and ensuring pricing outputs align with established frameworks, market dynamics, and financial objectives. This role operates as an experienced pricing specialist, applying judgment to complex or high-impact valuation scenarios. It does not own deal structure, approvals, or commercial negotiations; instead, it partners closely with Deal Management and Commercial Program Management by providing pricing inputs that enable informed commercial decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Asset Valuation & Pricing: Price assets accurately across standard and non‑standard deals using approved methodologies and market data. Ensure outputs are complete, defensible, and aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
- Advanced Valuation Judgment: Handle complex or high‑value scenarios requiring advanced judgment. Assess risks, assumptions, and sensitivities; accelerate non‑standard cases appropriately.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Partner with Deal Management and Commercial Programs to provide timely, accurate pricing. Communicate valuation rationale and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Pricing Quality & Process: Maintain consistency, quality, and documentation standards in valuation outputs. Support process improvements, knowledge sharing, and calibration within the team.
- Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and data to enhance pricing accuracy and relevance.
