What You’ll Do

  • Drive engagement through high-volume outbound and inbound customer interactions – including calls, emails, and messages – to increase lift across our sales channels.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by delivering excellent customer service and showcasing deep knowledge of our sales platforms.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals for Marketplace-E, while identifying cross‑selling opportunities to maximize value.
  • Educate customers on equipment, auction processes, and the benefits of working with RB.
  • Maintain accurate records in our sales and customer database to ensure smooth follow‑up and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
