Field-Based | South West & South East UK | Company Car | Uncapped Commission
Do you enjoy building relationships, winning new business, and being out with customers rather than sitting behind a desk? We're looking for a driven Account Manager to grow our Mascus business across the South West and South East of the UK. You'll manage your own territory, develop new customer relationships, and help businesses sell equipment through our global marketplace.
Your activities are close to those of your colleagues of our Marketplace-E team. The main difference: you are bringing a solution to your client which has the highest investment to pay-out ratio. Your business moves fast and so do you. Your main goal is to generate a continuous flow of new equipment listings. Making outbound calls throughout the day in high volumes is how you make sure the sales process never stops. We provide you with all the training and tools you need, including a company car, to be successful running your own shop.
What You'll Do:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and sales activity
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Grow equipment listings and sales opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth
- Attend trade shows and industry events
Here is what you bring:
- You don’t mind focusing on volume during your sales process.
- Strong relationship building skills are essential in this role.
- 4+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
- Experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence
Industry experience in construction, automotive, transport, machinery, recruitment, media, telecoms, or SaaS is beneficial but not essential.
