About the Role
As the Short Order Coordination Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Short Order coordination function. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer requests, internal escalations, and project bookings with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Acting as a vital communication bridge between Engagement Managers, consultants, developers, and coordinators, you will ensure the smooth flow of information and seamless service delivery. Reporting directly to SO Management, you will regularly update on team performance, implement process improvements, and mitigate any operational risks.You will be responsible for reporting on Jobs and Incidents based on their status and if they are in budget.
