About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network Delivery Engineer to join our team at Node4. In this client-facing role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our standard network services from order receipt through to handover. You’ll manage multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on time and to specification. Your strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and commitment to outstanding customer service will help drive success for our clients and the business.

- Able to work with minimal supervision from the Network Delivery Management Team.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of accurate administration.
- Able to challenge and question effectively in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written) with the ability to adjust the message to different audiences.
- High attention to detail, striving to make every Delivery ‘Right First Time’.
- Demonstrate an approachable, friendly, personable manner.
- Self-starter, strong analytical and organising skills with excellent attention to both quality and technical detail.
- Ability to analyse and present technical information.
- Organisation, numeracy, and a structured approach to work.
