About the role
Are you an experienced bid and framework professional with a passion for precision, collaboration, and delivering strategic growth in the public sector space? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Framework & Bid Management Lead to join our team and take ownership of our engagement with key frameworks such as CCS G-Cloud and Network Services 2.

In this pivotal role, you\’ll be at the heart of our sales and bid operations, ensuring the smooth administration of framework requirements, managing critical application schedules, and leading the full lifecycle of high-value bids. From maintaining our presence across procurement portals to coordinating complex ITT responses, your organisational strength and commercial acumen will help shape our success in a highly competitive market.

What will you be doing?

  • Framework related internal communications and allocation of maintenance tasks (e.g. timely submission of mandatory quality certificates)
  • Management of framework specific ITT formats and schedules
  • Framework application process – management of critical application dates and submission process
  • Framework application management and task allocation, including content collation, schedule review and commercial agreements
  • Management of end-to-end bid process
  • Triage support of inbound ITTs
  • Governance alignment and support
  • Commercial proposition support
  • QA / Review process oversight
  • Bid submission
  • ITT dissemination, summary and review allocation (content and schedules) to aid triage
  • Administration of bid creation sites and libraries
  • Management and administration of bid management tooling (Bid Hive)
  • SME communication and task allocation
  • Bid outcome analysis (scoring and comparison)
  • Ongoing commercial model analysis

What will you bring?

  • Thorough understanding of sales and bid operations
  • Understanding of primary CCS frameworks, including application and operations
  • Understanding of risk management and governance criteria
  • Ability to communicate and motivate a virtual bid team including representatives across multiple functions across Node4
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Innovative approach, consistently seeking improvements to processes
  • Strong commercial and copywriting acumen
  • Flexibility, able to adjust approach to different situations, customers and projects

  • Experience of facilitating opportunity triage and managing bids within established governance frameworks
  • Experience of successfully managing high value (£3m+) and high-quality bids
  • Experience of collaborating to develop innovative costing models and demonstrate profitability
  • Experience of collaborating to define USPs and win themes
