About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Engagement Consultant to join our Business Applications team, supporting our Short Order / BAU function. This role is critical in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality customer engagements, following the departure of a senior consultant.
What you’ll do:
- Lead customer discovery sessions and define requirements
- Design solutions across BC and other external integrations
- Produce high-quality Statements of Work and estimates
- Work closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery teams
- Ensure all engagements are clear, achievable, and delivery-ready
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer-facing consulting experience
- Proven track record in writing high-quality SOWs
- Experience with Dynamics 365 (BC, NAV)
- Ability to balance commercial needs with delivery realities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced BAU / Short Order environment
