JOB OVERVIEW / OBJECTIVE
As a D365 Business Central Customer Support Consultant, you will be the point of contact to provide a cohesive experience for clients. You will be required to update customers on all stages of support calls, from logging, research, action plan, escalation to resolution and if required timely escalate to team leads or managers. An excellent line of communication must be always upheld with team members and clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an approachable and pro-active problem solver with a good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and related products. The successful candidate can join the team in a remote or hybrid capacity however may on occasion be called into our offices in the UK as needed. Overall, our customer support consultants are the focal point of our managed services team providing first class support to our customers ensuring they are leveraging the benefits of their technology investment.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Excellent customer service skills & confident relationship creator.
- 2 years Dynamics NAV/Business Central experience & familiarity with common third-party products.
- An enthusiasm and a passion for Microsoft Dynamics.
- MB-800 Certification preferable.
- Initiative and proactive approach with experience working from and with a support desk.
- The ability to work on your own and be an approachable team player.
- Natural βcan doβ attitude & analytical approach to issues.
