About the role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Client Partner to join our dynamic team. The Client Partner will play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to align client needs with Node4's offerings.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders in Node4's key clients.
  • Have a thorough understanding of clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Develop project and technology roadmap alongside key stakeholders within the assigned client portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of Node4 products and services.
  • Monitor and report on account status, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
  • Help solve client issues and handle complex client requests, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
  • Regularly update clients on new products, industry trends, and company initiatives.
  • Participate in client reviews and presentations to showcase Node4's value proposition.

What will you bring?

  • Experience of Managed Services in the IT Sector.
  • Skills/Experience in Cloud Transformation, Microsoft Business Applications, SDWAN and Security Preferred.
  • Can demonstrate previous experience of managing high-value client accounts in the Managed Service and Technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Certifications and Skills:

  • Certified Account Manager Professional (CAMP).
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and practices.
