About the role
As a Lead Business Central Consultant, you’ll lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, working closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met with precision and care. You’ll oversee projects from initial workshops to post-implementation support, serving as the main point of contact for end users and coordinating across teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include designing solutions that align with client needs, providing detailed guidance to developers, and leading quality assurance efforts to ensure robust and reliable implementations. You’ll also play a key role in user training, testing, and knowledge transfer to support teams. During the go-live phase, you’ll oversee cutover plans, participate in readiness reviews, and ensure smooth transitions, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong track record in Business Central solution delivery and a passion for empowering businesses through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of Business Central solutions, lead workshops, and maintain key project documentation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Designers to meet client needs and provide guidance to developers.
  • Test solutions thoroughly, validate configurations, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead user training, ensure robust testing, and facilitate smooth handovers to support teams.
  • Manage go-live plans, participate in readiness reviews, and provide initial post-implementation support.
