Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support process engineering projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Author, review, and approve process engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry and internal standards.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to develop accurate proposals and man‑hour estimates.

- Deliver training courses to external clients, such as Pressure Relief.
- Mentor and guide graduate and junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
• Essential
- Degree in Process Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering.
- Proficiency in pressure relief calculations using API standards.
- Experience in process system design, including hydraulic calculations, P&ID development, and process modeling.
- Strong knowledge of simulation software (e. g., Aspen Suite).
• Desirable
- Chartered Chemical Engineer status.
- Professional consulting experience or similar relevant experience in advising and delivering technical solutions.
- Operational and design experience, preferably on operating sites.
- Familiarity with TUV proprietary software (PEL & CAPRE).
- Experience in Energy Transition and Net Zero initiatives (e. g., CCUS, hydrogen, fuel switching).
- Knowledge of HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL methodologies.
- Experience in designing discharge and disposal systems for chemical plants.
• Other Requirements
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
- Good IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong consultancy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
