As part of the TUV family, Risktec Resourcing have been tasked to assist our sister company TUV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS) to source CAT 3 Inspection Engineers to cover the UK in the Northwest, Northeast, Humberside and Southern Regions.
Job SummaryInspection of pressurised static equipment e.g. vessels, tanks, piping, relief devices, to meet regulatory and client requirements.
Job Description- Trained/qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Engineering Technician status desirable.
- 5 years of experience working within a relevant engineering discipline e.g. mechanical technician.
- Mechanical Engineering background.
- Experience in the Chemical and/or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Understanding of engineering principles.
- EEMUA / API / NDT qualification/experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Eye for detail.
- Meeting tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, and the capability to work independently.
- Appreciation of pressure equipment.
- Experience/appreciation of non-destructive examination techniques (NDT).
