We are seeking technically driven and self-starting graduates to come and join our talented team in London. The role involves consulting on and delivering Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security and AI Governance solutions using the leading ServiceNow platform. We work closely with our clients to mature their risk and security capability through a combination of process, technology and culture change and improvement. Increasingly this involves helping customers to adopt and leverage the AI capabilities of ServiceNow in solving their challenges. It is this mix of consultancy and cutting edge technology delivery that makes this role so unique, varied and enjoyable. The GRC team of Risktec is a London-based consultancy providing industry leading risk and security solutions, with clients including many of the UK and Europe’s leading blue chip companies. Our aim is to help our clients to maximise their GRC investment by working smarter, not harder, and by integrating risk and security management across processes, technology and operations.

You’ll join the team as an Associate GRC Consultant, and we’ll have you meeting clients and directly involved with projects within the first few weeks. As a graduate, we don’t expect you to know much today, learning’s done on the job. Within the first year you will gain hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow and learn the basics of Risk Management, with opportunities to specialise in other aspects including Cyber Security, AI Governance, Operational Resilience, Regulatory Compliance, Audit and more.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collecting and understanding business requirements required for successful implementations.
  • Finding elegant solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Participating in the solution development process and ensuring that customer requests and needs are represented within the product.
  • Configure and leverage the capability of the ServiceNow platform to meet customer requirements.
  • Supporting and managing product lifecycles of existing implementations.
  • Developing project and budget management skills.
  • Continuously learning and expanding your knowledge within the risk and security space, including staying abreast of new ServiceNow releases and features.
  • Direct communication with clients – both in person and online.
Qualifications Required Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory (2:1 or above), ideally in an analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences, IT, Engineering, Economics).
  • Experience in programming or working with analytical tools such as Excel, Stata or Access is strongly preferred.
