Role: Engineer – Risktec M.05 Rail Consulting Team Reports To: Team Leader Risktec M.05 Rail Consulting Team Location: Derby, UK. Office-based with flexible home working arrangements available upon agreement Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Engineer to join our Risktec M.05 Rail Consulting Team. In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive range of Rail Consultancy services within the UK, covering areas such as rolling stock technical consultancy, maintenance and operations, rail safety management, strategic advisory, compatibility assessments, auditing, and technical assessments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality rolling stock engineering and safety consultancy services to clients both in the UK and internationally. Support project delivery within your area of expertise, ensuring adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Develop experience to take on project leadership responsibilities. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing, client relationship management, and securing additional work. Support other TV Rheinland / Risktec consultancy and assessment teams on projects related to rolling stock, on-track plant, signalling, and infrastructure. Collaborate with TV Rheinlands global rail teams to bid for and deliver international projects.
