We are seeking Integrity Engineers with specific pressure systems knowledge to take up a position in our expanding Asset Integrity Management team based in our brand new facility in Derby, UK. The successful Integrity Engineer candidates will play a key role in leading and delivering solutions for our clients. The majority of the team's activities are focused on the Conventional Power and Clean Energy sectors (primarily CCGT, Biomass and Energy from Waste plants).

Requirements: The candidates must have some experience in all, or most, of the following:
- Integrity assessment of defective power plant components low and high temperature (e.g. reverse code calculation, fracture mechanics, finite element analysis).
- Legislative compliance e.g. the UK PSSR.
- Power plant inspection (e.g. steam and water pressure parts, boiler tube surveys, support surveys), with an understanding of materials selection, damage/degradation mechanisms and life assessment.
- Power plant mechanical engineering.
- Power plant operations and maintenance.
In addition, you will have excellent organisational, problem solving, communication and report writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering power plant integrity assessments.
- Assisting in developing risk-based inspection strategies.
- Providing technical support and advice to clients.
- Assessing inspection results, i.e. making run/repair/replace decisions.
- Producing formal technical reports and other project deliverables on time and to budget.
- Creating proposals and tender return documents and developing new business.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of standards, legislation and good practice.
The role will involve site visits, both within the UK and occasionally abroad, to meet project requirements.
Qualifications and experience: BEng Degree or equivalent in an engineering-related topic, preferably mechanical engineering. Incorporated Engineer or working towards professional registration is desirable. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
