My client is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth of our ServiceNow services business across the United Kingdom. This role requires a strong hunter-farmer profile with the ability to win new clients, grow existing strategic accounts, and own revenue delivery. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years’ experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record of selling consulting, implementation, managed services, or digital transformation solutions, specifically within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships across the UK market.
- Own sales targets, pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Build C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to shape client solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-sell / upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years in IT services / consulting sales.
- Proven success selling ServiceNow services in the United Kingdom market.
- Strong enterprise client network and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated quota achievement and ownership of multi-million-pound revenue targets.
