Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic vision and roadmap for products in your domain.
• Align technology initiatives with business goals; oversee feasibility and business case development.
• Ensure timely development and delivery of new systems and enhancements.
• Monitor software development lifecycle and ensure high-level production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes through technology.
• Supervise business analysis, development, and quality assurance efforts.
• Contribute to IT standards, policies, and procedures; stay current with tech trends.

Skills & Experience:

• Broad tech stack knowledge including relational (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiar with front-end technologies: ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, etc.
• Prior experience with Insurance/Reinsurance systems is essential.
