The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will manage marketing partnerships, support and execute B2B lead generation campaigns including webinars, events, research and content syndication, you’ll also manage our presence at various industry events, and drive social media initiatives.
You’ll collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and the global marketing teams to elevate Riskonnect’s brand and support business growth in EMEA.

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Partnership Management:
- Own and manage relationships with relevant industry partners and associations.
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives including webinars, content syndication, and relevant speaking opportunities at key industry events.
Events & Exhibitions:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Riskonnect’s participation at industry events and conferences across EMEA
- Manage event logistics, booth planning, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
Lead Generation Campaigns:
- Support the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Track, report, and optimise campaign performance metrics in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.
Social Media & Content Support:
- Co-ordinate with social media team to plan and schedule content for Riskonnect’s social media channels aligned with campaign objectives.
- Assist in adapting global content for regional relevance.

Your current skillset will include:
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology or SaaS space.
- Experience managing or supporting industry partnerships and events.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident communicator.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
