We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the Tech Ops Internal Operations Team to help design, build, and optimize solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in third‑party system integrations, acquisition/merger org consolidation, and custom development using Salesforce best practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the Internal Operations Team to deliver scalable, enterprise‑level solutions that support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build and optimize Lightning Experience pages, components, and UI enhancements.
- Develop trigger frameworks, reusable Apex services, and scalable data models.
- Create custom objects, flows, record‑triggered automations, and advanced configurations.
- Integrations & System Connectivity
- Architect and implement third‑party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Service Rocket), Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect.
- Define and maintain API schemas, integration patterns, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize sync patterns for performance and reliability.
- Acquisitions / Org Consolidation
- Lead and support Salesforce activities related to company acquisitions, including org analysis and gap assessment, data mapping, cleansing, and migration, consolidation of business processes, and integration of new departments, teams, and product lines.
- Execute data migration with Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector and ETL tools.
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Create detailed technical design documents, data flow maps, and integration architecture diagrams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Support production releases, change management processes, and post‑deployment troubleshooting.
- Security, Compliance & Quality
- Ensure development aligns with platform limits, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Implement robust test classes with >85% coverage and ensure automated testing strategies.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on incidents and recommend long‑term solutions.
- Maintain version control.
- 3–7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Apex, Aura/LWC, APIs, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce configurations.
- Proven experience integrating third‑party systems using API‑first architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in acquisition‑based org consolidation, multi‑org strategies, or major Salesforce migrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, performance optimization, and platform architecture.
- Experience with DevOps tools, Git‑based workflows, and deployment automation.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s), such as Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Service Rocket).
- Exposure to CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce clouds.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and event‑driven architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
