RiskLeaderCoach is a specialist leadership development firm serving senior risk and decision‑making professionals. We help experienced professionals move beyond technical risk management into strategic influence. Through the SIGNAL Risk Leadership Framework™, we equip leaders to understand how real decisions are shaped inside organisations and how to influence those decisions with clarity, credibility, and commercial awareness. Our work sits at the intersection of risk, power, behaviour, and strategic choice. We operate with high standards, intellectual rigour, and commercial focus.

We are seeking an Associate to help deliver individual coaching sessions and team workshops using the SIGNAL Risk Leadership Framework™. This is not a back‑office support role. It is a delivery‑facing position for a credible professional who can stand in a room (virtual or physical) with senior leaders and facilitate high‑quality conversations around live organisational decisions.

The Associate will:

  • Facilitate half‑day team workshops with leadership and management teams
  • Deliver 90‑minute individual coaching sessions to senior professionals
  • Apply the SIGNAL framework consistently and rigorously
  • Guide clients through high‑stakes decision analysis
  • Support workshop preparation and post‑session synthesis
  • Maintain professional communication with senior clients
  • Contribute insights to ongoing framework refinement

This role requires maturity, presence, and structured thinking.

What You Will Be Delivering

Two core service lines:

  • Team Workshops
Half‑day facilitated sessions working on real organisational decisions currently being navigated.
  • Individual Coaching
Structured sessions focused on helping senior professionals increase their decision influence.

You will be trained and certified in the SIGNAL methodology before delivery.

Who This Role Is For

  • A senior professional (10+ years experience) with credibility in your field
  • Comfortable engaging executives and decision‑makers
  • Structured, analytical, and commercially minded
  • Experienced in facilitation, consulting, strategy, HR, finance, operations, or risk
  • Interested in building delivery capability within a high‑level framework

You do not need to come from a pure risk background. You do need credibility and the ability to command a room.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Early‑career professionals building basic experience
  • Those looking for passive income
  • Individuals uncomfortable leading senior‑level discussions
  • People seeking loosely defined coaching conversations without structure

Qualifications

  • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
  • High‑level analytical thinking
  • Ability to structure complex discussions clearly
  • Professional presence with senior stakeholders
  • Prior experience in consulting, leadership development, strategy, or risk management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

What You Will Gain

  • Certification in the SIGNAL Risk Leadership Framework™
  • A structured methodology for high‑level decision facilitation
  • Direct exposure to senior‑level leadership conversations
  • Opportunity to grow within a proprietary, commercially positioned framework

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30‑minute conversation to assess mutual fit. This is a selective process. We are building a small, high‑quality delivery network.

If you are a credible professional ready to move beyond technical expertise into structured influence facilitation, we would like to speak with you. Apply via LinkedIn or message directly to express interest.
