About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant & Office Manager for a dynamic female CEO running a diverse portfolio of businesses. This is a role where you will be at the heart of everything, providing essential support across multiple companies whilst keeping the office running smoothly.
You will be supporting the CEO with:
- Axion Consultancy - a thriving fire safety services business with 100+ employees
- Riskhub - a cutting-edge property compliance SaaS platform
- Ardvernis Properties - a property rental and development portfolio
- Plus oversight of interests in Raven.pro (a skiing app) and Astrid (a rather excellent London bakery)
What you will be doing:
- Managing complex diaries and prioritising competing demands across multiple businesses
- Organising and coordinating board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Providing administrative support to other members of the executive team as needed
- Office management duties including supplies, facilities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Handling correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses
- Occasional crisis management and problem-solving (both business and the odd Jack Russell-related incident)
- Being the reliable backbone that keeps everything running efficiently
You will Need:
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general tech savviness
- Experience taking formal meeting minutes
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work autonomously
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- A proactive, can-do attitude and sense of humour
- A driving licence would be advantageous
