Risk Management Security Services have been providing manned guarding since 1981 and sit in an enviable position between the very large national suppliers and small owner managed businesses. This enables us to compete with the national security organisations in terms of policies but maintain a close and personal approach to our customers and employees. We protect some of the largest organisations in the South of England and welcome new applicants who would like to become a valued Security Officer within a professional company.
We are looking to enhance an exceptional team of high quality DV cleared Security Officers who can demonstrate strong communication skills and a high level of commitment to our customer and your colleagues. You will be working in an ultra-modern corporate office located within a business park in Maidenhead to a roster that offers a true work life balance providing an average of 42 hours per week. You will be required to work a 4 on, 4 off roster pattern working days, nights, weekends and be part of a standby roster.
Duties will involve:
- CCTV monitoring
- Patrolling
- Controlling access to the site
- Handling enquiries
- Responding to alarms
- Incident handling
- Concierge and other security related duties that will be discussed during the interview
Essential experience / skills of the Security Officer:
- Previous security / forces experience
- SIA Licence
- The ability to remain calm in high pressure and stressful situations
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Outstanding professionalism at all times
You will receive:
- £21.22/£46,469.00 per annum

The successful candidate must either be DV cleared or able and willing to undergo the extensive requirements of DV security clearance for this role and you must be a sole UK National, holding a British passport.
