This Role:
You’ll join as our third Product Manager, leading our newly formed Growth squad with a mission to drive product-led network growth in our B2B environment. This position marks an exciting expansion of our product strategy, as we double-down our focus on conversion of suppliers into customers through experimentation and rapid learning.
We care deeply about building value for both customers & suppliers, in order to fundamentally shift mindsets in the cybersecurity industry. We ship quickly & continuously in order to learn and iterate – whilst always pushing for high standards and keeping security top of mind.
You’ll play a central role working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success and sales, while collaborating closely with product design and engineering to identify and execute growth opportunities. Your focus will initially be on achieving new customer acquisition and revenue through supplier conversion, whilst contributing to a strategy for future growth initiatives.
Rather than following a fixed roadmap, you’ll drive rapid experimentation cycles to optimise our conversion funnel and user journey, always balancing quick wins with strategic initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Drive growth through experimentation. Design, execute and learn from rapid experiments to optimise our supplier conversion funnel and other product-led growth initiatives.
- Lead and collaborate to deliver exceptional product outcomes. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success to align product improvements with go-to-market strategies.
- Become an expert on our customers & the buyer journey . By directly interacting with both prospects and customers, and by leveraging data, you’ll identify opportunities, define hypotheses and continuously evaluate impact.
- Move fast, with an eye for detail. Move fast with rapid experimentation while maintaining a high attention-to-detail, shipping quickly and iterating as necessary.
- Lead from the front. By asking the right questions at the right time, challenging assumptions, encouraging continued learning and driving positive impact through influence & respect.
- Shape our growth strategy. You’ll collaborate to define and execute our product-led growth strategy, aligned to company objectives and go-to-market.
- Establish our experimentation culture. Help build our growth practice from the ground up, establishing frameworks for testing and learning.
You will have:
- Experience driving product-led growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly working within sales-driven organisations.
- A track record of running successful experimentation and optimisation work streams, balancing constraints to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience setting up and using metrics to inform decisions.
- Proven ability to take the initiative and drive forward decision-making, including knowing when and how to use your intuition and make well-judged trade-offs.
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities, focus on the most impactful opportunities, say “no” to the non-essential and get buy-in for these decisions from stakeholders.
- Pragmatism when it comes to the use of the right tools, frameworks and processes at the right time, adapting as necessary to the team and context.
- A deep curiosity about the product, customers and wider market, and a strong desire to continually learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style depending on the audience.
