Organisations rely on us to establish trust, through sharing their security maturity and visualising the risks posed by their supply chain ecosystem. We are trusted by customers like ASOS, British Airways, BAE Systems and the NHS.
We are putting together an amazing and talented team from a diverse set of backgrounds and skillsets to drive us towards our vision. Risk Ledger is built on the respect we have for one another and our users, united by our shared values and mission. Every one of us is still learning: it’s how we grow as individuals. We’re curious, ambitious, humble and honest. At Risk Ledger, we aim high to find the best solutions we can and always put our users first.
About the role:
We're building a community-led growth motion at Risk Ledger, and this role will lead it. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own our community and field marketing strategy, driving pipeline through executive engagement, industry community building and strategic field programmes. You’ll take ownership of the Supply Chain Security Exchange (our flagship community programme), strategic field activity, executive roundtables, customer engagement initiatives and the flagship industry moments that strengthen our presence and accelerate pipeline. This is a deliberate investment, not a side-of-desk initiative. Community cannot be an afterthought, and we’re hiring someone who can build it into a repeatable, measurable growth engine.
Why this role matters:
In cybersecurity, markets are shaped through relationships, trust and influence. Demand generation creates reach. Product Marketing creates clarity. Content creates authority. Community and field marketing create proximity, trust and pipeline momentum. This role ensures Risk Ledger doesn't just participate in industry conversations; we help lead them.
How the role is evolving:
Field Marketing at Risk Ledger has historically focused on events, roundtables and in-person pipeline generation. Those activities remain important, but the next evolution of our growth will come from building stronger industry communities, with the Supply Chain Security Exchange as the central programme bringing customers, prospects, partners and industry leaders together around the future of supply chain security.
The team:
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, demand generation, customer engagement and commercial growth, partnering closely with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Leadership to ensure community and field activity is commercially impactful, not just well executed.
What you'll own:
- The Supply Chain Security Exchange
- Develop the strategy, structure and operating rhythm of the Exchange, including programming, executive engagement, customer participation and long-term growth.
- Build community-led initiatives that strengthen advocacy and create meaningful engagement across target accounts and industries.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to use community engagement as a lever for pipeline progression and account expansion.
- Shape our long-term community-led GTM strategy using data, feedback and commercial outcomes.
Field marketing strategy and execution:
- Design and deliver strategic field programmes including executive roundtables, customer events, trade shows, leadership dinners and pipeline acceleration activity.
- Lead Risk Ledger's presence at flagship industry moments, positioning them as strategic GTM opportunities rather than standalone marketing.
- Integrate field activity with Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Content & Comms to ensure connected campaigns and community programmes.
- Own and manage field and community marketing budgets with commercial accountability.
- Track and report performance across sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, engagement quality and account progression.
Strategic partnerships:
- Work with industry groups, event partners and strategic relationships to create co-marketing opportunities that expand reach into priority communities and align to commercial objectives.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS community marketing, field marketing or strategic GTM, ideally in mid-market or enterprise.
- A track record of owning strategic programmes tied to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience building executive programmes (roundtables, events, customer communities, industry programmes).
- Strong commercial mindset and close partnership with Sales and GTM teams to accelerate pipeline.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with confidence engaging senior leaders, customers and external communities.
- Budget ownership and commercially informed decision-making across programmes.
- Comfort in a fast-moving scaleup where ownership, adaptability and strategic judgement matter as much as execution.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Cybersecurity, risk, compliance or regulated industry experience.
- Community-led or ecosystem-led GTM experience.
- Category creation or challenger-brand positioning experience.
- Advocacy, ambassador or customer community programme experience.
- Scaling marketing functions through high-growth stages.
What success looks like after 12 months:
- The Supply Chain Security Exchange has a clear proposition, operating model and recognised presence in our priority communities.
- We have an engaged, growing community of customers, prospects, partners and industry voices participating in Exchange-led activity.
- Community and field programmes are contributing measurable sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Roundtables, events and executive engagement operate as part of a connected community journey, not standalone campaigns.
- Sales and Customer Success actively use community programmes as strategic levers for account engagement and pipeline acceleration.
- Risk Ledger has increased its visibility, influence and proximity within the supply chain security market.
The perks:
- Generous EMI equity package
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Additional 30 days of unpaid leave per year to use as you wish
- Ad-hoc companywide time off - last year we gave everyone 'rest leave' in August and over the festive period
