  • Support existing wealth client relationships and new business opportunities, including meeting follow-ups, pipeline activity and coordination of requested materials.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for client meetings, presentations, reviews and other sales and relationship-management activities.
  • Support RFPs, due diligence requests and written client materials, working with relevant subject-matter experts across the business.
  • Assist with data checking, CRM updates and other sales reporting or information requests, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct market mapping and research across the UK wealth market to support broader business development initiatives.

  • A good understanding of UK wealth clients and distribution channels, such as wealth managers, private banks, financial advisers or discretionary fund managers.
  • Exposure to private markets, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure or real estate, is preferred but deep specialist expertise is not required.
  • Experience coordinating activity across multiple teams, markets or jurisdictions is beneficial.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across teams and markets.
  • A client-servicing and commercial mindset, with an interest in building long-term wealth relationships.
  • Accountable and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
