We are looking for a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice to play a key role in the smooth running of our operations. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, scheduling appointments, supporting contract administration, ordering supplies, and carrying out general administrative duties. This apprenticeship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries for the team.
- Assisting with contract administration, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Processing orders for office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Processing orders for project materials.
- Data entry and document management.
- Assisting in maintaining and updating internal databases and records.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:
