This is a central, senior compliance role with real influence across multiple UK and European manufacturing sites. You’ll own governance, consistency, and certification, working closely with site teams while setting clear standards from the centre.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and maintaining multi-site Chain of Custody (COC) schemes
- Managing internal and external audits and certification programmes
- COC reporting, analysis and sales support
- Trademarking and labelling compliance
- Developing and maintaining management systems and controlled documentation
- Overseeing waste, recycled wood and EUDR compliance systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in compliance, governance, sustainability or responsible sourcing within manufacturing
- Strong background in multi-site audits and certification
- Auditor qualification or solid hands-on auditing experience
- Excellent documentation and systems control
- Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
- Highly organised and comfortable leading without direct authority
