We are recruiting a Project Manager for a leading manufacturing business based in Stirling. This is a key appointment within the Engineering & Technology function, responsible for delivering a major, multi-phase site programme with long-term strategic importance. This is not a traditional site supervision role. It is a true project leadership position requiring someone who can define, structure, and deliver complex industrial projects in a live manufacturing environment.
You will take ownership of a significant programme of works, working closely with engineering, operations and external contractors to shape delivery from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver a multi-phase industrial site project programme
- Develop project scope, structure, and achievable delivery plans
- Manage contractors and key stakeholders across site operations
- Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and safety standards
- Coordinate activity within a live manufacturing environment with minimal disruption
- Drive progress in areas where scope may be evolving or not fully defined
- Provide clear reporting and communication across engineering and leadership team
